Caran d’Ache Leman ballpoint pen. This Rouge Carmin edition was inspired by the ever-changing waters of the stunning Lake Geneva: in this case, the effect of the setting sun. A beautiful guilloche pattern is cut into the metal surface, then coated in a translucent red lacquer with enough transparency that the pattern can still be seen beneath, so the light catches the shapes.

This classically-profiled pen has polished rhodium- and silver-plated accents. The pocket clip is hinged, and the cap ring is inscribed with ‘Caran d’Ache’ and ‘Swiss made’. Smooth, twist-action retract mechanism.
