With a flexible brush nib at one end and an angled chisel nib at the other, Sketch offers a dynamic double ended alcohol-based marker. It’s the most popular marker in Copic’s arsenal and is the favourite marker of countless artists and designers.
The barrel holds up to 1.8ml of ink and with the use of the 12ml Copic Ink Refill, each marker can be refilled up to 7 times. The brush and chisel tips are also completely replaceable and the tough durable plastic body means they last a long time.
To refill your ink: Simply remove the caps on both sides of your marker, pull out the broad chisel nib and insert the Copic ink nozzle and fill until the ink reaches the padding of the main body. Pop your nib back in, let it sit for a moment and when the ink stains the nib, you’re good to go!
Each marker is easy to identify with the corresponding colour code and name marked on both the cap ends.
And if 358 colours wasn’t enough for you, the inks can even be mixed to create new shades. All you need is an empty ink bottle, an empty Sketch marker and your ink refills of choice. Simply add your mixing colours of choice from your refills and fill your marker up as usual and you’ve got a brand new colour.
