This artist paper is made from fast-growing sugar cane fibres, left over from sugar production processes. This is a valuable raw material that would otherwise be disposed of by burning. Hahnemühle’s Sugar Cane Watercolour Paper now provides a creative secondary life to that previously wasted material.
