Description
S. T. Dupont began making luxury goods for travellers in Rue Dieu in Paris, in 1872. But it wasn’t until 1973, at the request of Jackie Kennedy Onassis, that they made their first pen. With hindsight, it was probably an obvious thing to do. They were well respected for their lighters, which are a combination of precision mechanisms and jewellery-grade finishes, made to be stylish accessories. The same skills and craftsmanship translate perfectly to making pens.
The Line D is a simple and refined classic, and depending on the finish, it ranges from beautiful minimalism to ornate.
A beautifully shiny guilloche engraving is enhanced by a layer of natural blue lacquer, making it smooth to the touch, while the pattern catches the light through the deep blue.
Twist-action ballpoint pen, uses standard G2 ‘Parker-style’ refills, so you’ll always have plenty of options available. Fitted with black hybrid-ink EasyFlow refill for super-smooth writing.
140mm long, 9-12.5mm wide. Weighs 50g.
